Parts replaced, still not working

I installed a new defrost timer and defrost heaters on my fridge about a month ago and yesterday I had to defrost the fridge and found that I was not getting voltage to the heaters. I must have mixed up the wiring. The fridge is a Kenmore Model C646-85588, Serial MK 00902, Type D18-3. Appreciate any information on how to rectify this problem, Thanks,
