Ice doesn’t come out of twisting tray design

Our ice maker in our side by side has a problem we have not been able to solve. It fills and freezes but does not come out when it turns over therefore the water then fills over the existing frozen cubes and runs all over the freezer. It is a Kenmore. We have tried spraying the tray with Pam and it works for a while but then continues with the overflow. Can you help? or give a suggestion? Thank You

You need to get a new tray. This will solve this problem. Seems these trays get rough with use then do this very commonly. To remove the tray there is a small clip right at the front and centre. Remove the clip and the tray slides off the vertical arm. Replace with the new one in the same way.
