Push button defrost design not coming on

I was on your site. I got a used Euro-Cold refrigerator for my apt. But I cant get the damn thing to turn on. It has a knob and it clicks twice when you turn it, plus there is a button inside the knob that clicks when you push it in. I have tried everything to get it to work. I don't have a owners manual. So if you could help me out, I will be so thankful.

Sounds like it may be in the defrost mode. The red button on these puts the unit into defrost mode. Just leave it plugged in with the control turned to the max and it should start up after the defrost cycle is over. On certain designs this can take up to ½ hour. Let me know what happens.
