Removing the freezer section of a manual defrost refrigerator

How would I go about removing the old freezer compartment from my refrigerator. Right now the freezer is just an aluminum box attached by the walls and the coils. How do I detach the coils from the fridge without ruining the refrigerator. Thanks in advance,

The freezer box on manual defrost refrigerators is an integral part of the system which would not work unless it was there. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
