Clearing the drain on newer GE with the drain hole under the crisper

I have GE refrigerator/freezer with the freezer on top. Water is accumulating underneath the vegetable and meat bins at the bottom of the refrigerator unit. There is a drain hole at the bottom but water does not seem to be going through it.

You just have to flush the tube out under the drain hole. Sometimes you haveto use a pipe cleaner or cue tip on these. Also you may find the turkey baster helpful.
