Frequently Asked Questions About Domestic Refrigerator Repair:

Moisture on inside surfaces

Our refrigerator has developed a "sweat" on it's inside surfaces. The food appears to be kept cool but there is excessive moisture in addition to an ice buildup in, what appears to be, an air duct. Its a whirlpool model that roughly 6 years old. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks,

Sounds like you could have a door seal leak, air and moisture are getting into the cabinet somehow, or perhaps you have a plugged drain, and water from the defrost cycle is not getting out of the cabinet. Either of these are easy to repair yourself. I can send you more information, let me know.
