Water problem in a Norge design

This means you have a drain plugged. On some designs of Norge refrigerators the drain is actually under the crisper drawer. Remove the crisper and you should see it in the center. Clean it out so water can again flow through it and your problem is solved. On other designs of this make there is a series of tubes and fittings to route the water to a tray near the compressor. You will find one of them is clogged. To gain access to fittings under the condenser at the back (if in fact present on your design) you should be able to swing it out by removing two screws on the side opposite to where the lines go up the back.
