System noise on a new 134a refrigerator

I bought a new compact (4.4 cu. ft) refrigerator 6 days ago. I transported it myself without tilting it. I let it sit for 72 hrs before plugging into the wall. Now, I have a horrible noise, it sounds like
water dripping intermittently in the freezer compartment. What can be the problem? Thanks for your help

If it is a new fridge it uses the refrigerant 134a. Providing the temperatures are normal, this is a common problem with this refrigerant, it's nothing you did by the move. If it's really bothersome you could ask for a warranty service on it.
