Compressor runs but no cooling

Hello, I have a Sears model 1067649366 frost free refrigerator. The cooling fan runs OK. The compressor runs and get hot but the coils remains at room temperature. And the freezer and food compartment remains warm. I tried different settings on the temperature control and blower control but it didn't help. I turned the defrost switch a couple of time (now I forgot the original setting) and that did not help. Do you know why it is not cooling? Thanks.

Sorry but this sounds serious to me. If you have no cooling effect whatsoever and the compressor runs that means it's either not pumping or the refrigerant has leaked out. This is one you may have to call a tech out for.
